Automatic wrapping machine equipped at the infeed with a Total Closesealing unit that covers the product longitudinally for perfect head and tail closure. The Avvolgipack 200A is particularly suitable for bulky products, it has an independent display control panel that allows programming of all machine functions (with the possibility of customised programming) and is equipped with a standard code sealing unit for hooking, cutting and sealing the tail of the film.

It uses film reels made of extensible polyethylene(PE), and for added impact protection, there is a version of Pluriball and Foam (length 1500mm).

The display control panel allows the following functions to be programmed:

• start and end position of winding;
• number of film revolutions at the beginning and end of the cycle;
• special functions on request.

Wrapping programmes: 1) continuous, 2) head-to-tail and 3) interval wrapping

Other standard equipment: inverter for adjusting the speed of the turntable belts, rapid reel change with mechanical clutch for film tensioning, self-adjustable inlet and outlet pressures for product sealing. All the machines are equipped with an interface for perfect in-line, pack separation, downstream and upstream management.
