Information on the processing of personal data (Art. 13 EU Reg. 2016/679, GDPR)
FOREWORD
LINEA PACK FILM S.R.L. with the following information (provided in compliance with the so-called GDPR, i.e. Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter the "Regulation" or "GDPR"), describes the methods for processing the personal data of users ("Data Subjects") who consult and use this website, accessible at www.lineapack.it ("Site"). It does not concern other external websites or online services that may be reached via links on the Site.

1. WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS?
1.1. Navigation data
Some personal data whose transmission is implicit when browsing the websites are acquired by the computer systems that enable the Site to function. Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, it could allow users to be identified - by its very nature and through processing and association with data held by third parties. For example, this includes IP addresses or the domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the URL addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and the browser used. 1.2. Data communicated by the user
The user can send optional, explicit and voluntary communications using the contact forms on the Site or by writing an e-mail to the addresses indicated on the Site: this entails the subsequent acquisition of the data communicated by the user, marked as "mandatory" and consent to receive any messages in response to their requests; otherwise, it will not be possible to proceed with processing.
On the other hand, failure to provide data marked as "optional" will have no effect on the management of the request by LINEA PACK.
1.3. Data communicated by the user to receive
communications for marketing and/or commercial promotion purposes
In the event of explicit and optional manifestation of consent by the user, the data may be processed to carry out market and statistical surveys relating to the services and products offered, to assess customer satisfaction, as well as for marketing and/or commercial promotion purposes, including the sending of printed and/or digital advertising material relating to the services and/or products and events organised by LINEA PACK and/or its commercial partners and third party companies.
In every communication, in any case, the user is reminded that he/she may revoke his/her consent at any time and without formalities. The data are deleted at the request of the person concerned.

1.5. Newsletter
The Newsletter is distributed by e-mail, automatically and free of charge, to those who request it, thus giving their consent for such processing, by filling in the form on the Site. The data provided will be used with computer and telematic tools for the sole purpose of providing the requested service. The data will be processed exclusively by the staff and collaborators of the Data Controller or by its processors. To stop receiving the newsletter, simply select the unsubscribe link in each e-mail received. In the event of technical problems, you can send a report via e-mail to the Controller.
2. HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS DATA?
LINEA PACK:
2.1 deletes navigation data (par. 1.1) immediately after processing, as these data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site: except for this possibility, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days;
2.2 retains the data communicated by the user (par. 1.2) for the period necessary to process the request sent by the user and as required and/or permitted by law;
2.3 retains the data communicated by the user to receive communications for marketing and / or commercial promotion (par.

2.5 retains data relating to subscription to the Newsletter (par. 1.6) of a user for the period during which this service is active (ie until the user revokes his consent). Only subscription and unsubscription data will be stored in a separate archive for as long as permitted by current legislation.
3. WHY DO WE PROCESS DATA?
The purpose of processing is:
3.1 for paragraph 1.1, Navigation data, to make the Site usable and secure;
3.2 for paragraph 1.2, Data provided by the user, to meet or respond to requests made by the interested party;
3.3 for paragraph 1.3, Data provided by the user to receive communications for marketing purposes and/or commercial promotion, to keep the user informed about news and promotions offered by LINEA PACK and to improve the quality of services offered;
3.4 for paragraph 1.4, Cookies and other tracking systems, to make the Site usable and functional for technical cookies and improve and optimize it for profiling cookies;
3.5 for paragraph 1.5, Newsletters, to periodically send communications to the User.
4. ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS DO WE PROCESS THE DATA?
The legal basis is:
4.1 for paragraph 1.1, Navigation data, the legitimate interest of the Owner in the proper functioning of the Site;
4.2 for paragraph 1.2, Data communicated by the user, the provision of services requested by the interested party;
4.3 for paragraph 1.3, Data communicated by the user to receive communications for marketing and/or commercial promotion purposes, the consent of the interested party;
4.4 for paragraph 1.4, Cookies and other tracking systems, the legitimate interest of the Owner in the proper functioning of the Site and the regular use of the services offered therein by users, for technical and analytical cookies, and consent for any profiling cookies;
4.5 for paragraph 1.5, Newsletters, the consent of the Data Subject.
5. WHO PROCESSES THE DATA? AND HOW CAN THEY BE CONTACTED?

6. WHO ARE THE RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA?
The personal data collected are processed by the Data Controller's staff, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of processing.
In addition, the data processors appointed by the Data Controller are recipients of the data collected following consultation of the Site. The relevant list may be requested from the Controller using the contact details provided in the previous paragraph ("Who processes the data? And how can I contact them?").
Personal data shall not be processed outside the European Union and shall be stored on servers located on European territory. Data may be processed in non-European countries only if the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision to that effect.
7. WHAT RIGHTS DO THE DATA SUBJECT HAVE?
LINEA PACK guarantees each data subject the right to exercise at any time the rights provided for by the GDPR in relation to the processing carried out, where the conditions are met and provided that they do not conflict with legal or contractual obligations.
More specifically, each data subject has the right:
to access, i.e. to know whether or not the Controller is processing their personal data and, if so, to access them in full, also by obtaining a copy (art. 15 GDPR),
to rectify inaccurate personal data or to supplement them if incomplete (art. 16 GDPR);
to the deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten) in the cases provided for by art. 17 GDPR;
to the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR;
to data portability, i.e. the right to request and receive the personal data processed by the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request, where technically feasible, the transmission to another controller without hindrance (art. 20 GDPR);
to object to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes (art. 21 GDPR).
The exercise of these rights may be exercised by notifying the Data Controller (whose contact details are set out in paragraph 5 of this section).
In addition, Data Subjects who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them, carried out through this Site, is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (for Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali: www.garanteprivacy.it), as provided for by art. 77 GDPR, or to take action before the ordinary judicial authority (art. 79 GDPR).
