Corporate Quality Policy

The implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 is a key strategic choice for LINEA PACK STRETCH management. Through rigorous process management, our QMS has the primary objective of ensuring customers' full satisfaction of product requirements, including mandatory ones, and promoting a real orientation towards continuous improvement of our performance, which is constantly monitored through customer satisfaction surveys.

This Quality Policy is widely shared with all internal staff and personnel working on behalf of the organization through postings on company premises and specific communication sessions. This approach aims to promote a genuine customer orientation and encourage the full involvement of each individual in achieving the goals set by the organization.

Fundamental Principles and Commitments to Quality

Customer orientation and people involvement are the cornerstone principles on which LINEA PACK STRETCH's Quality Management System is based. These principles, together with the Quality commitments made in establishing this policy, provide the framework for setting measurable quality objectives.

Specific goals are set annually based on the following core commitments:

Customer Satisfaction: Proposing high quality, state-of-the-art products through the synergistic contribution of all company resources.

Continuous Organization Improvement: Study and implement innovative solutions targeting key customers and target industries.

Personnel Involvement: Ensure the involvement of all resources in company policies and the pursuit of goals, fostering individual empowerment and overall development of the organization.

Human Resource Growth: Promoting a path of continuous professional growth and maintaining a high level of staff motivation.

Relationships with Suppliers: Establish mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, based on fairness and professional cooperation.

Specific goals, performance indicators, action programs and clear responsibilities have been defined for each goal.

Management Commitment and QMS Management

The Management of LINEA PACK STRETCH is committed to making available adequate resources and means to achieve the established goals and objectives, in terms of skills, equipment, information, economic and financial resources, constantly monitoring their adequacy.

What is defined in this Policy was formulated in close correlation with the analysis and definition of the context in which LINEA PACK STRETCH operates. Starting from the reference environment (market, economic-financial situation, geographical areas, personnel), significant internal and external factors were identified. For these areas, considering the above factors, risks and opportunities were identified as starting elements for risk assessment of all processes. To date, management confirms the defined framework, which will be reconsidered at the next management review.

Regular internal audits are conducted on the Quality Management System to verify its implementation and effectiveness in achieving objectives, as well as to plan any improvement actions.

The Owner undertakes to review the adequacy of the Quality Management System at least once a year, providing guidance on any corrections and/or improvements to be made to the structure of the Quality System. At that time, the achievement of annual Quality objectives is also reviewed and any deviations are analyzed. The Quality Policy and the organization's framework are periodically reviewed (during the Quality Management System review and when there are changes in the Quality Management System) and, if necessary, updated.

In order to promote the dissemination and full understanding of the Quality Policy, it is communicated to all personnel and meetings are held with individuals in the organization to promote awareness of the individual's role.
