[A] AUTOMATIC 45 A

Machine forspiral wrapping of products horizontally using stretch film.

Standard equipment 45A:

• infeed/outfeed conveyor belts of high grip type, width 350 mm
• pneumatic roller presses with stain-resistant rubber coating, inlet and outlet
• hooking system with counting pliers and heat sealing of the film tail
• quick-connect reel spindle with double mechanical clutch
• Inverters for varying transport/winding speeds (loop overlap)
• protective casings on the longitudinal sides

The Avvolgipack 45A is PLC-controlled with an operator panel through which they can be configured:

• winding mode: continuous / head and tail / interval tying
• product transport speed
• speed of rotation of slewing ring
• start and end position of winding
• number of revolutions at start and end
• welding parameters
• selectable operator language

Digital Memory function as standard, by means of which the different working recipes for the various products can be saved on 10 memory locations.
