[TC] TOTAL CLOSE 150 TC

Automatic combined machine for automatic pack closure with product handling by conveyor belts, automatic photocell activation, pneumatic product holding pressors.

Composed of:

1. 2-reel welding machine for longitudinal winding and closing of heads;
2. Avvolgipack for spiral winding and complete closure.

Possibility of using:

• longitudinally and horizontally stretchable film;
• polyethylene film in the longitudinal direction and stretch film in the horizontal direction;

• bubble wrap in the longitudinal direction and stretch film in the horizontal direction.

Machine equipped with PLC with operator panel through which all machine parameters can be programmed.

For low products, the cutting system is positioned under the belt to reduce the film tail at the end of the wrapping process.
