15 to 30 microns, width 125 to 250 mm

max. outer diameter of reel 230 mm, inner diameter of reel core 76 mm

Machine equipped with :

• high-grip" input/output conveyor belts, width 350 mm
• pneumatic roller presses with stain-resistant rubber coating, inlet and outlet
• clamp coupling system with cutting and heat sealing of the film tail (standard)
• quick-connect reel spindle with double mechanical clutch
• Inverters for varying transport/winding speeds (loop overlap)
• protective casings on the longitudinal sides

PLC controlled machine with operator panel through which they can be configured:

• winding mode: continuous / head and tail / interval tying
• product transport speed
• speed of rotation of slewing ring
• start and end position of winding
• number of revolutions at start and end
• welding parameters
• selectable operator language

Digital Memory" function (standard), by means of which the different working recipes for the various products can be saved on 10 memory locations.
