Fully automatic wrapping machines with PLC and multilingual display, with all machine parameters programmable by the user. Characterised by high productivity, with automatic product handling and integration into the line cycle. Particularly suitable for packaging lines where higher production speeds are required, the independent display control panel allows programming of all machine functions:

• start and end position of winding
• number of film revolutions at the beginning and end of the cycle
• special functions on request

Possibility of customised programming. The machine is equipped with an exclusive standard queue sealing system for hooking, cutting and sealing the tail of the film, inverters for adjusting the belt speed and for adjusting the turntable speed, rapid reel change with mechanical clutch for film tensioning, self-adjustable inlet and outlet pressors for product sealing. They are equipped with an interface for perfect in-line, pack separation, downstream and upstream management.
